This Moebius Models kit of Krafft Ehricke’s Space Race-era speculative design for a nuclear-powered interplanetary exploration vessel is brought to life. The spacecraft was to be built in low earth orbit and powered by a Nuclear Engine for Rocket Vehicle (NERVA) nuclear thermal rocket engine, and could theoretically a crew of four to Mars.
